Ilderton becomes a Foundation.
After operating for over 30 years Ilderton Motor Project has now achieved foundation status and has changed it's name to Ilderton Foundation.
'Over the last few years our projects have gone from strength to strength,' comments David Wambebe, chief executive officer, ' and now we feel ready to become a foundation with all that this means. Our focus is getting bigger but our aim is still the same, to help as many disadvantaged young people as we can.'
The Foundation will be launched formally at the end of this year, when Ilderton's Deptford site opens its new computer and recreation centre.
